I used this product in my E30 1991 BMW 318is (Getrag 5-speed). The housing has a red label/orange label. I flushed out the old fluid and put in 1.3 bottles of RP. I only drove the car for a few miles and I can tell there was a positive difference in shifting. Overall shifting became easier. I'll update this review after some more break-in.
